D. 1950, it is hereby deo le red to be the poi loy of the Commi sio no re' Court of Kerr County that in oonnection vit2i the right-oI-way for the improvement and rebuilding of certain sections of Farm-to-Market Road No. 1340 commonly known ea the North Fork Roed, said Court will move all fences that need to be moved by reason of said construct- ion and replace them on the new line in as good cond i.t ion es they now are and in such areas where new fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con struct and build said fences in good workmanship-like manner of standard malaria is and suit- able for controlling all livestock.
