D. 1950, 1t is hereby decl8 red to be the policy of the Comm1~ slo ne re' Court of gerr County that in aonnectlon with the right-of-way for the improvement and rebuilding of certain sections of Farm-to-Market Road No. 1340 aommoaly known as the North Fork Roed, se id Court will move all fences that need to be moved by reason of said construct- ion and replace them on the new line in as good condi.t ion as they now are end in suoh areas where new fences need to be built by reason of said construction, said County of Kerr will con struct and build said fences in good workmanship-like manner of standard meteriais and auit- able Por controlling all livestock. Said new fence to be of the common or low type find not deer-proof type. This to be effective only in each cases where the land owner gives the land to Kerr County.
