was taken, that the following agreement with 0: W. Ward and the Commiaeionera' Court be eoc epL
in regard to settlement on Farm-to-Market Right-of-Way No. 1340, set out sa fol low a, to-wit:
IL is agreed by Comm iasioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas., in connection with the prop-
erty of Mr. 0. W. }yard and wife, .~da E., located on the North Fork Road in the vicinity of Aun
that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fenoe situated upon the property owned by the said 0. W
Ward and rebuild the same on the new right-of-way line without cost to the said 0. W. War
and will replace the same 1n at least es good condition as it presently 1s in, in its new
locet ion.
(2) Kerr County also agrees Lhat they will take down end move the rock gate po ats and re-lA4
the same Sn as good co nd~tion as they now are, on the new right-of-way line without cost
the said Werd.
This agreement shall De binding upon $err County and the said 0. W. 'Nerd and wife, Ada E., the1~ -,
heirs and assigns forever.

It is agreed by Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Teaas in connection with the property
oP Mr. John L. Orr located on the North Fork Road in the vie in ity of Hunt that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fence situated upon the property owned by the said John
L. Orr end reD uild the same on the new right-of-way line w.lthout coat to the said John L.
Orr and will replace the same in at Tenet as good condition es 1t presently Ss in, in Its
new location.
This agreement shall be Dind Sng upon Kerr County and the said John L. Orr, his heirs and essig
forever.

erty of Mr. W. N. James located on the North Fork Roed in the vicinity of Hunt that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fence situated upon the property owned by the said W. N.~'
