This the 17th day of May, A. D. 1950, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Eckstein
and unanimously approved by the Court, Furr being absent from the room at the time the vote ^~i
was taken, that the following agreement with 0.. W. Ward and the Commissioners` Court be except
in regard to settlement on Farm-to-Market Right-of-Way No. 1340, set out as follows, to-wit:
It is agreed by Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, in connection with the prop-
erty oP Mr. 0. W. Ward end wife, .~da E., located or. the North Fork Ro ¢d in the vic In ity of Hun
that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fence situated upon the property owned by the said 0. W
Ward and retpild the same on the new right-oP-way line without cost to the said 0. W. War
and will replace the same in at least as good condition as it presently is in, in its new
location.
(2) Kerr County also agrees that they will take down end move the rock gate posts end re-i8at~
the same in as good oo ndxtion as they now are, on the new right-of-way line without cost
the said Werd.
This agreement shall be binding upon Kerr County end the said 0. W. Ward end wife, Ada E., the1~
heirs and assigns forever.

It is agreed by Commissioners Court oP Kerr County, Teaas in connection with the property
oP Mr. Bohn L. Orr located on the North Fork Road in the vicinity of Hunt that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fenoe situated upon the 7?roperty owned by the said John
L. Orr end rebuild the same on the new right-oP-way line w.lthout coat to Lhe said John L.
Orr and will replace the same in at least as food condition as it presently is in, in its
new location.

It is agreed by Commissioners! Court of Kerr County, Texas, in connection with the prop-
erty of Mr. W. N. Tames located on the North Fork Rosd in Lhe viclnity of Hnat that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fence situated upon tY.e property owned by the said W. N
James and rebuild the same on the new right-of-way line without cost to the said W. N.
James and will replace the same in at least es good ennditlon as it presently is in, in i~

(2) On new fence, Kerr County agrees to build new fence where necessary, to be of standard Lyp .;
