affi uhanimously approved by the Court, Furr being absent from the room at the time the vote
was taken, that the following agreement with 0. W. Ward and the Commissioners' Court be aocept
in regard to settlement on Farm-to-Market Right-of-Way No. 1340, net out ea follows, to-wit:
It is agreed by Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texan ,. in connection with the prop-
erty of Mr. 0. W. Ward and wife, ,ads E., located on Lhe North Fork Roed is the vicinity of Aun
that:
(1) Kerr County will move Lhe present fenoe situated upon the property owned by the said 0. W
Ward and rebpild the same on the new right-of-way line without cost to the said 0. W. War
and will replace Lhe same in at least as good condition as it presently is in, in Sts new
location.
(2) Kerr County also agrees that they will take down end move the rock gate posts end re-Sa0
the same in es good condition as they now ere, on the new right-of-way line without cosh
the said Werd.

It is agreed by Comm isa loners Court of Kerr County, Texas in connection with the property
of Mr. Sohn L. Orr located on the North Fork Road in the vicinity of Hunt that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fenoe eituated upon the property owned by the said John
L. Orr and rebuild the same on Lhe new right-of-way line without coat to Lhe said John L.
Orr end will replace the same in at least ea good condition es it presently Ss in, Sn its
new location.

wen taken, and the following agreement wen made between W. N. JAMES and the Commissioners'
Court, to-wit:
It is agreed by Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas„ in connection with Lhe prop-
erty of Mr. W. N. Tames located on the North Fork Road in Lhe vie laity of Hnnt that:
(1) Kerr County will move the present fence sit ueted upon the property owned by the said W. N
James and rebuild the same on Lhe new right-of-way line wiLho ut cost to the said W. N.
