Mr. I. D. McChesney that for and in consideration of the transfer of the right-of-way to said
Kerr County, that the said Rerr County agrees that they will move his present Pence, being a ^,
cedar rail fence, Prom its present location and rebuild the same on the new right-of-way line
in at least as good condition as it now 1s in.
Also, that when the highway is rebuilt, that wa will furnish and replace a 3 inch culvert
pipe to carry his water line across said highway.
And also, the County agrees to move the stone gate poste from their present location end
reinstall the same in at least as good co ndltion os they now are in on the new right-of-way li "

location south of the new road."
