necessity of repairs to the sun-visor over the door end windows of the office of the Justice
of the Peece of the Courthouse on the West side the reoP. And 1t appear ing to the Court that
one portable excell finger-printing equipment Ss listed at a price of $27.45 and the necessity
of repairs td Lhe awnings on the west side of the Courthouse should be authorized for purchase
end replacement or repairs.

- Trustees of Common School District No. 2, made at a meeting of said Trustees on the 16th day o
Mey, 1950, the resolution being that certain ;roperty belonging to said School District and
hereinafter described be sold and that the price to be charged therefore be the sum of Two
Hundred Fifty & No/100 ($250.00) Dollars in cash; and it further appearing to the court that
one F. P. McKinzie is willing to purchase said property and to pay therefore the price hereina
mentioned.
