This the 5th day of June, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the need by
E9 rl Garrett, Sheriff, one portable finger-printing equipment for Lhe sheriffs' car, and the
necessity of repairs to Lhe sun-visor over the door and windows of Lhe Office of the Justice
of the Peece of the Courthouse on the West side Lhe reof. And it appearing to the Court that
one portable excell finger-printing equipment is listed at a price of $27.45 and the necessity
of repairs ttl the awnings on the west side of Lhe Courthouse should to authorized for purchase
and replacement or repairs.
Therefore by motion duly made by 3Golter, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the Sheriff be authorized to purchase one portable finger-printing device,

May, 1950, the resolution being that certain groperty belonging to said School District and
