D. 195C, came on to be considered by the Court the necessit ~f a special attorney to represent Kerr County for the right-oP-way for State Highway No. 39, ss the Commissioners' Court have failed to enter into an agreement with N. H. Whitworth, et.al on any settlement deemed suitable to the Commissioners' Court. Aad it appearing to the Court Lhet condemnation proceedings will have to be had in this event, and that Jim W. Pleat herby should be employed by Kerr County as a special attorney to proceed with this condemnation suit Therefore by motion dulg :wade by Henry Ecka twin, seconded by Charles H.
