This the 12th day of June, A. D. 195C, came on to be considered by the Court the necessit
~f a special attorney to represent Kerr County for the right-oP-way for State Highway No. 39,
ss the Commissioners' Court have failed to enter into an agreement with N. H. Whitworth, et.al
on any settlement deemed suitable to the Commissioners' Court. Aad it appearing to the Court
Lhet condemnation proceedings will have to be had in this event, and that Jim W. Pleat herby
should be employed by Kerr County as a special attorney to proceed with this condemnation suit
Therefore by motion dulg :wade by Henry Ecka twin, seconded by Charles H. Molter, and unah-
imously approved by the Court that Jim W. Weatherby be employed ap to the time of trial for a
Pee of $125.00 to represent the County in this condemnation proceedings against iS. H. tM1~hitwort

This the 12th day of June, A. D. 1950, came oa to be considered by the Court the claim of
lYilliam Hen to 1, 6I. D., for post mor tam examination performed on body of Ola Lucas, having been
authorized by Virgil Sto rma, Coroner. And it appearing to the Court that the Statutes autho ri
a fee not to exceed $100.00 for such an ezamina ti on, and that this court should reimb urge
Nllliam Hentel, P.7.D., Pathologist of tleterans Administration Hospital, Legion Branch, Kerrvill
Pexas, $75.00 for his services.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved b
the Court that $75.00 be paid to William Hen tel, M. D. for the Bost mortem examiaeti on had on
the body of Ole Lucas, and that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw voucher
against the County Treasurer in like amount drawn on the General Fund of the County.

claims and acco oats should be paid.
Therefore by motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by
the Court that all claims and accounts Piled against Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 be paid as
approved; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge Precinct No. 2 be approved
for payment, after motion having been duly made by I~fol ter, seconded by Furr, and unanimously
approved by the Court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge Precinct No. 3
