Commissioners Court was the following:
There came to be considered the returns of an Oleotion held oh the 10th day of June, 195
the (a) Ingram Common School District No. 2, of said County for the purpose of determining
ther said district shall be consolidated as provided in the order calling said election and
it appearing that said election wan-in all respects legally held sad that anid returns were du
and legally made and that there were cast at said election 2g valid and legal votes, of which
there were cast:

IT IS THEREFORE FOUND, DECLARED AND SO ORDERED, by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County, Texas, that a majority of the qualified vo tern of said district, voting at said elect
voted (b) for the proposition to consolidate said shaool district for school purposes as pro-
vided in the order calling said election and that therefore, this Court does hereby declare sa
proposition to have been (c) adopted.
The above order being read, it was moved and seconded that same do pass. Thereupon, the
