and unanimously approved by the Court that Commissioner Eckstein be authorized to contract
expenditures not exceeding X5.00 per diem for assistance to Pat R'ashburn, a former Deputy
Sheriff of Kerr County, who is bedridden and is without funds to pay for proper attendance,
until July 10th, 1950.
