is a true and correct copy of the Notice of Election to Consolidate Districts giving notice of
the election therein mentioned, and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice at th
following places, to-wit:
1. In Live Oak Common School District, at the following three public places:
1. Midway Store
2. Post on Highway 27 approximately 1 mile S, of Midway.
3. Post on Highway 27 about 2 miles South of Midway.
2. In Ingram Common School District, at the Following three public places:
1. Ingram School House
2. Mrs. Mc's Cafe
3. Post Office
on the 15th day of July, 1950, which posting was done not less than 20 full days prior to the
date fixed for said election.

No. 4824. COMPROMISE WITH CARL 0. WHITWORTH, ET. AL. IN RE: HIGAWAY N0. 39 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
'~ WHEREAS, on the 24th day o£ July, 1950, Special Commissioners duly appointed in Cause No.
~'~ 359 on the County Court Docket, County Court, Kerr County, Texas, in the Condemnation Proceedi s
of the State of Texas vs. Carl 0. Whitworth, et. al., in the sum o£ $3,219.50; as well as the

further obligation to construct a pass for livestock 40 feet in width near the second river
i crossing on the North range running from approximately Station 6.75 to approximately 6.78;
sad should the fence to be constructed on said Whitworth property exceed 3.31 miles in length,
then Kerr County agrees to pay for such additional distance at the rate of $700.00 per mile.
°f (~3 And the County Judge is authorized to effect said compromise and upon the receipt of the
properly executed deed from Carl 0. 4Tnitworth, et al, to the State of Texas to pay over to t
^ said Carl 0, Whitworth, et a1, the sum of $3,219.50 out of Road and Bridge Right-of-Slay Fund,
Highway 39.
Motion by Eckstein, seconded by Powell, that the Clerk be authorized to pay Jim W. Weather
X132.50 attorney's fees and the Clerk be further authorized to pay Floyd VanHoozer $30.80,
Barney Klein $50.40, and William Karger $31.20 for mileages per diem, etc., and further that
Clerk be authorized and instructed to pay all costs of court in connection with said proceed-
ings to the officers entitled thereto,

SIo, 4825• INCREASE IN SALARY OF AGUES MACDONALD, ASSISTANT TO THE COUNTY JUDGE.
This, the 31st day o£ July, A. D. 1950, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr
and unanimously approved by the Court that the salary of Agnes MacDonald be increased from
$60.00 to $75.00 a month, effective as of August 1, 1950, and the County Clerk be and is hereb
authorized to draw a voucher on the County Treasury in the sum of $75.00, beginning August 31,
1950, and a like amount each month thereafter, to be payable to such assistant until further
determined by the Court.

This the 31st day of July, A. D. 1950, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein,
seconded by Purr, and unanimously approved that the County Clerk be authorized to draw voucher
against the County Treasurer in the amount of $16.50 on the General Fund of Kerr County, payab
to Diary Kelly for three days' work as assistant to the County Superintendent on school census
reports.

On this the 31st day of July, A, D. 1950, after motion having been made by Molter, seconde
by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County will move the present fence
back from its present location to the proposed Farm to P".arket 1340 Right-of-Way on the North
Fork, and also reverse his gate at his discretion.

Kerr County, Texas, all members thereof being pTesent~ it was ordered that Ingram Common Schoo:
District ido. 2 and Sunset Common School District No. 20, both of Kerr County, Texas, were con-
solidated and said order having been duly read, it was moved by Furr, seconded by Molter, that
the order be adopted, and all Commissioners having voted AYE, the motion being carried; and

Minutes of said Commissioners' Court;
SdOW, TH?REFORE, it is hereby ordered that said original order as passed on the 12th day of
