Each voter shall mark out with black ink or black pencil one of the above expressions, thus
leaving the other as indicating his vote.
None but resident qualifled property taxpaying voters of said School Distrlet who own tax-
able property in said School District and who have duly rendered the same for taxation shall be
allowed to vote at said election.
The County Sheriff shall forthwith issue a notice of said election stating in substance the -~
contents of this election order and the time and place of said election, and said Secretary sha 1
post a copy of such notice at three different places xithin the boundaries of said School Dis-
tract, which posting shall be done not less than ten days prior to the date fixed for said elec
tion.
Immediately after said election has been held the officers holding the same shall make
of the result thereof to the Commissioners' Court of this County, as required by law for h

The manner of holding said election shall be governed, as near as may be, by the General
