Texas,. that a majority of the qualified voters of said district, voting at said election, voted

The above order being read, it was moved and secozided that same do pass. Thereupon, the

convened in Special session at its regular meeting plaice in the County Courthouse, Kerrville,
Texas, with the following members present, to-wit:

Henry Eckstein, Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Vernon Powell, Commissioner Precinct No. 2
Chas. Nolter, Commissioner Precinct No. 3 W„ H. Fury, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
