On this the 9th day oŁ August, A. D. 1950, after motion having been duly made by Powell,
seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the Court that the election oŁficiala who held
the election of Ingram Common School District No. 2 &[td Live Oak Common School District No. 18
be compensated for :3.00 each, with the exception oŁ the presiding fudges returning the electio
boxes, who are to receive an additional $2.00, and that the county clerk be and is hereby
authorized to draw vouchers on the County Treasurer in like amounts to the election fudges en-
titled thereto, to be payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

This the 7th day of August, A. D. 1950, after motion having been duly made by Furr, seconde
by Molter and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners of Precinct Nos. 1 and 2
be authorized to purchase a post hole digging attachment, to be controlled ~oinly and paid for
jointly out of their respective Road and Bridge Funds Idos. 1 and 2.

No. 4838. CANCELLATIOR OF BOPIDS AND COUPONS OF INGRAM COM1dON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 2.
This the 7th day oŁ August, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the oustand-
ing bonds No. 11, 13, 9, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23, of Ingram Common School District No. 2, in the
principal sum of X250,00 each, together with all interest coupons thereon. It appearing to the
Court that said bonds, together with lnterest thereony have been fully pald and surrendered, an
that same should be destroyed and cancelled. Therefore, by motion duly made by Molter, seconde
by Furr,. and unanimously approved by the Court that said bonds, No, 11, 13, 9, 15, 17: 19, 21,
and 23, of said Ingram Common School District No. 2, in the sum of X5250.00 each, together with
all interest coupons thereon are to be cancelled and destroyed in accordance with the law.
