holden a regular term oP Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, at the Courthouse thereof, in
the city of Kerrville, Teaes, officers present, to-wit:

Earl Garrett, Sheriff and Lawrence Stephens, County (:lark, end the Court having been regularly
opened, the following pm ceedings were bed, to-wit:

No. 4639. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 14th day Of August, A. D. 1950, came on to be eapmined by the Court the various
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County end its various Roed and Bridge Precincts, and
other funds since the lest term of Court. And it apps er ing to the Court that the following
claims and accounts should be paid, therefore, by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr
and unanimously approved by the Court that the cla ].mei filed against Roed and Bridge No. 1 be
paid as approved; after motion having been duly made by Furr, seconded by Molter end unanimous
ly approved by the Court that ell the claims and ec«~unts agai net Road and Bridge No. 2 be psi
as approved; that ell claims end accounts Piled against Roed and Bridge No. 3, be approved for
payment after motion having been duly made by Furr, .seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the Court; after motion having been duly made by Powell, seconded by Furr end
unanimously approved by the Court that all claims and accounts Piled against Roed and Bridge
Right-of-Way Fund (Cypress Creek) be approved as per claims filed; that all claims filed
against Road and Bridge No. 4 be approved as Piled for payment after motion having been duly
made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved; after motion having been dMly
made by Molter, seconded by Furr and unanimously approved by the Court that all the claims end
accounts filed age in st Roed end Bridge Right-of-Way Fund, Highway No. 39 be paid es approved;
that ell claims end accounts filed ageinat Road and 13ridge Right-of-Way F9S 1340 be pe id es
approved, after motion having been duly made by Eokstein, se ao ad ed by Powell end unanimously

by Molter and unanimously approved; that the County Clerk be end is hereby authorized to drew

No. 4540. APFLZCATION BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOR FIRST ADVANCEMENT ON 1950 ASSESSING
COL3SISSIONS.
Thin the 14th day oP August, A. D. 1950, came .on to be considered by the Court the
application oY E. H. Nichols, Tea Assessor end Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement
from Kerr County of $400.00 to apply on his 1950 County Tax Assessor`s Commissions. Aad it
appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such e~dvance, end that such emouct should be
paid to him out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein, end unanimo ugly approved by the Court that Nichols be ed vented the sum
