This the 14th day of August, A, D. 1950, came on to be expmined by the Court the various
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its various Rpad and Bridge Precincts, and
other funds since the lest term oP Court. And it epee sting to the Court that the following
clalms and ecco ants should be paid, the rePore, by mo tlon duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr
end unanimously approved by the Court that the cla lmE; filed against Road and Bridge No. 1 be
paid as approved; after motion be wing been duly made by Furr, seconded by Molter and unanimous

Right-oP-Way Fund (Cypress Creek) be approved as per claims filed; that all cleima filed
against Road end Bridge No. 4 be approved as filed for payment after motion having been duly
made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein end unanimously approved; after motion having been dilly
made by Molter, seconded by Furr end unanimously approved by the Court that all the claims end
accounts Piled against Roed end Bridge Right-of=Nay Fund, Highway No. 39 be paid as approved;
that all claims end accounts filed ega inst Road end Eiridge Right-oP-Way FM 1340 be pe id as
approved, after motion having been duly made by Eoksteln, seconded by Powell end unanimously
approved for said payment; end th et ell cleima and acaounta filed age inst the Gen erel Fund of
Kerr County be approved for payment after motiou having been duly made by Eckstein, seoonded
by Molter end unanimously approved; that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to drew
vouchers against the County Treasurer on the respective funds for the payment of each.of the
clalms having been filed and as read es approved according to law.

No, 4840, APPLICATION BY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOA FIRST ADVANCEMENT ON 1950 ASSESSING
COMMISSIONS.
This the 14th day of August, A. D. 1950, came on to be oonsider ed by the Court the
application of E. H. Nichols, Taz Assessor end Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement
from Kerr County of $400,00 to apply on his 1950 County Tex Aasessor~s Commis Iona. And it
appearing to the Court that he is entSt led to such advance, and that such amount should be
paid to him out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein, end unanimously approved by the Court that Nichols be advanced the sum
of ~400;~00 out ~®f the Ge ne rel Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and ie hereby
authorized to drew w usher age inst the County Treasurer in like amount,

This the 14th day oP August, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly
report of Ira L. Prl ngle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2 of Kerr County, Texas, for the
month of July, 1950, of arlminel cases filed, Pimea, judgments and jury Pees nol le cted, showin
the sum of X36.55 oollected, end depoe ited in the County Treasurer, anti tlSug him to a fee of
$21.00. And it appeeri hg to the Court that se id report is true end correct, therefore, by
motion duly made by Furr, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, end the

showing the actual and necessary expenses incurred by him in the cow uct of his office, in
the amount of X382,19. And it appearing to the Court that said report wen true ahd norreot
