created two new election precincts to be known as Election Precinct j/16 and Election Precinat
117 end that the seventeen precinota be revised end aech be entered on the minutes in the
office of Lhe County Clerk.

that the sum of epproaimetely $12,391.24 hen been deilu ated from aeid surplus fund end oredit ed
to the Sinking Fund of the eligible Road Hond issues of Kerr County; end,
WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of ffi12,391.24 ea above net fort
there is approzimately ffi4,157.64 remaining to the credit of Kerr County Sn the Lateral Road
Fund, which is available to Kerr County to be used for Lhe oonatru ctioh or improvements of
oounty lateral roads;

maining after the aoqulring of this right-of-way is then earmarked, set aside, and designated
to be used oh the scquiring sod obtaining the right-of-way Por the county lateral road known
ea the Cypress Creek Road which runs from the aity limits of the City of Kerrville, Texea, to
the end of the pavement in the vloinlty of the Cypress Creek eohool house.
