The matter of the surplus is the County end Road District Highway Fund having been
brought to the attention of the Court end it appeeri ug to the Court that Kerr County received
approzimately $16,548.88 ea its share of the surplus in Bald fund; and iL further appearing
that the sum of epprozimately $12,391.24 hen been deduoted from said surplus fund sad oredit ed
to the Sinking Fund of the eligible Road Bond issues of Kerr County; end,
WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of X12,391.24 as above net f
there is approximately X4,157.64 remaining to the oredit of Kerr County in the Lateral Road
Fund, which is available to Kerr County to be used for the oonatru otion or improvements of
oouaty lateral roads;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

meining after the eoquiring of this right-of-way Se then earmarked, net aside, end designated
to be used on the acquiring and obte ining the right-of-way Por the oounty late rel road known
