Warrants,,. dated Mey 10, 1937, came on Por consideration end it appearing to the Court that the
payment by Kerr County of the sum oP $13,965.40 to the Hoard of County end District Roed In-
debtedness end the pe yment of the further sum oP $521.16 to the Board of County and District
Road Indebtedness will increase the State aid on both of the issues ebov e-mentioned to 100;
and,
It further appearing to the said Court that Kerr County has on deposit with the Board of
County end D1strl ct Roed Indebtedness in Austin, Texas, more then enough funds with which to
pay both of said amounts; end,
It further appearing to the Court that it would be to the advantage of Kerr County to make
said payments; upon motion made by Commisa loner Molter, seconded by Commissioner Hckatein,~it
is ordered by the Court, end the Board of County end Dietriot Road Indebtedne as et Austin,
Teaas, is hereby authorized and directed to pay the sum of $13,965.40 from the monies of Kerr
County now on deposit with said Board to the Board of County and Dia tract Road Indebte dress
for the pure oae oP paying Kerr County's pert on the bonds dated July 10, 1920, including
principal end interest; end,
It further appearing to the Court that it would be to the advantage of Kerr County to make
said payments; upon motion made by Commissioner Molter, seconded by Commissioner Eckstein, it
is ordered by the Court, end the Board of County end District Road Indebtedness et Austin,
Teaas, Ss hereby eutho razed and directed to pay the further sum of $521.16 out oP the monies
on deposit by Kerr County with the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness on the
warrants dated Mey 10, 1937; end,
It is further ordered end the aeid Boe rd of County end Dis t;ri ct Roed Ind ebtedneas Sa
hereby requested end authorized, after the payment of the above soma of money, to increase the
State aid on these issues to 100; that e11 remaining funds after the said payments have been
made be returned to the Treasurer of Kerr County, Texea.
