Kerr County be end is hereby inatruoted to transfer the surplus money returned by the Sts to
Tezes to Kerr County in connection with the Road Bond of 1920 end Warrants of 1937 to the
count of the Court House end Jail Sinking Fund; and the said County Treasurer of Kerr County
further instructed to credit to the Court House end Jail Sinking Fund ell moni ea now on hand
to be hereafter tolls oted in exoeea of the amounts required tp meet the obligation of said
