matron or ettandent on e daily basis before being submitted to the Boyd Rest Home, that Mr.
Washburn had been rm~oved from said Rest Home, pons ibly by some of his friends, end in the
opinion of the Court Kerr County is still desirous of assisting se id patient when and et such
time any assistance is necessary, end that the County Judge should be authorized to write
each petitioner, instructing each of them the desires of this Commissioners' Court, therefore
