yo the Court that Kerr County had heretofore authorized Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 to
enroll Mr. Washburn Sn'Boyd Rest Home for a period of time sufficie nt'to benefit the ailing
health of said patient, and that Kerr County had further ass istad Nir. Mashburn by hiring e
matron or attendant on a daily basis before being subm7.tt ed to the Boyd Rest Home, that Nir.
Washburn had been removed Prom said Rest Home, possibly by some oP his friends, end in the
opinion of the Court Kerr County is still desirous of assist ingsaid patient when and at such
time any assistance is necessary, end th et the County Judge should be authorized to write
each petitioner, instructing each of them the desires of this Cammisaloners' Court, therefore
motion duly made by Nio lter, seconded by Furr end unanimously eppr oved by the Court that the
County Judge of Kerr County be and is hereby inatruoted to write each petitioner as to the
past assietan ce end that coot lnued needefl esa istence for any or ell citizens of this county'
who need assistance being fustif ied thereto, will not be'negle cted.
