to the Court that Kerr County had heretofore authorized Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 to ,-,
enroll Mr. Washburn 1n~Boyd Rest Home for a period of time suff i.cie nt'to benefit the ailing
health of said patient, and that Kerr County had further ass 1st aid Mr. Washburn by hiring a
matron or ett endent on e daily basis before being aubmitt ed to the Boyd Rest Home, that Mr.
Washburn had been removed from said Reat Home, possibly by some of his friends, end 1n the
opinion of the Court Kerr County is still desirous of assisting said patient when and at such
time any ass istanee is necessary, end that the County Judge should be authorized to write
each petitioner, instructing each of them the desires of this Cammisaioners' Court, therefore
motion duly made by Rio lter, seconded by Furr end un snimously approved by the Court that the
County Judge of Kerr County be end is hereby instructed to write each petitioner as to the
pest assistance end that coat lnued needefl esa istance for any or ell citizens of this bounty'

the desire of W. H. Furr, Commissioner, Precinct No. 4 to pay only a pro rate part thereof, +
by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell end unen imously approved by the Conrt that
