matron or attendant on e daily basis before being submitted to the Boyd Reat Home, that Mr.
Washburn had been rm oved from said Rest Home, possibly by some of his friends, end in the
opinion of the Court Kerr County is still des lrous of assist ingsa id pet ient when end at such
time any assistance is necessary, and Lh et the County Judge ahottld be auth orized to write
each petitioner, instructing each of them the des irea of this Commissioners` Court, therefore
motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr end unanimously approved by the Court that the
County Judge of Kerr County be and is hereby instructed to write each petitioner as to the
past assistance and that continued needed assistance for any or all citizens of this county'
who need assistance being ,juatiPied thereto, will not be'negle cted.

This the 14th day oP August, A. D. 1950, came on to be considered by the Court the claim
and account of Hill Country Construction Compmy, Inc., in the amount of "2507.00 foT the
paving of the street lying between the old Junction Highway and the new ,TUnction Highway end
that part leading to the schoolhouse in the town of Ingram.' Wha refore the Court considering
the desire of W. H. Furr, Commissioner, Precinot No. 4 to pay only a pro rate part thereof, ~
by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell end unen imously approved by the Court that
the sum of $1,000.00 be Feid sold Hill Country Construction Company, Inc. out of Road and
Bridge No. 4, and the County Clerk be and is hereby direoted to draw voucher again at County'
Treasurer in said amount.
