This the 11th doy of December, A. D. 1950, came on to be <:o naidered by the court the notification by Edens Implement Company of Center Point, that i.t has failed to receive check in amount of ffi11.05 which was issued by the County Treeaur er ors August 11, 1950 from the County Clerk's voucher ,710438, end it appearing to the court that said check has been lost or misplaced and that same should be voided end cancelled and a new check be issued in lieu thereof; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Fowell, end unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to void and cancel his check bearing date August 11, 1950 1n the amount of $11.05, issued to Edens Implement Company and that a new check in like amount be issued to said firm end mailed to them promptly. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 4950. D. 1950, of Criminal cases filed, fines, judgmeata end jury fees collec ed showing a sum of $16.15 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of X12.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true end correct, end that such officer should be reimbursed his fee; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter, unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, end is here- by directed to pay said fee of ffi12.00 to Judge Pringle, to-wit: $4.00 payable out of the R & B Fund and $8.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o -o-o- No. 4951.
