No. 4948. INCREASE OF ALLOWANCE FOR PRISONERS FEED BILL
This the 11th day of December, A. D, 1950, came on to be pr eaented to the court by Eerl
Garrett, Sheriff, the dire ne case ity for the court to increase the amount to be paid for
feeding the prisbnere of tY,is Count y, end it appearing to the court that the County hen been
notified by Lhe Husy Bee Cefe that that establishment Ss unable to serve two meals a day for
each prisoner for seventy-five cents and that the Sheriff has been unable to find any other
cafe or any person to feed the Kerr County prisoners at such rate; it is therefore in the

opinion oŁ the court Lhet such feed bill should be lncreeaed at le set twenty-/cents per
prisoner per day, therefore by motion duly made by Fow ell, seconded by I~.olter and unanimously
approved by the court that the Sheriff of Kerr County be,end is hereby authorized to expend
$1.00 Por two meals per person per day beginning December 11th, A. D. 1950.

No. 4949. COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZE!) TO CANCEL OUTSTANDIPIG CHECK AND ISSUE ONE IN LIEU OF
THEREOF IN AMOUNT OF $11.05 TO EDENS IMPLEMENT' COMPANY.
'Phis the 11th day of December, A. D, 1956, came on to be <o naid ered by the court the
notification by Edens Implement Company of Center Point, that i.t has failed to receive check
in amount of ~11.U5 which wee issued by the County Treasurer on August 11, 1950 from the
County Clerk's voucher ,710438, and it appearing to the court that said cheek has been lost
or misplaced and that same should be voided end cancelled and a new check be Sssued in lieu
thereof; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell, end ucia nimously approved
by the Court that the County Treasurer be, end is hereby dire et.ed to void and cancel his
check bearing date August 11, 1950 in the amount of X11.05, issued to Edens Implement Company
and that a new check in like amount be issued to said firm and mailed to them promptly.

This the 11th day of December, A. D. 1950, came on to be examined by the court, the
monthly report of Ire L. Pringle, Justice Fea ce, Precinct j/2 of Kerr County, Taxes, for the
month of November, A. D, 1950, of Criminal cases filed, fines, judgments end jury fees collec
ed showing a sum of $16.15 collected end deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
to a fee of ~12,U0, and St appearing to the court that said report is true end correct, end
that such officer should be reimbursed hie Pee; therefore by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Molter, unanimously approved by the court, Chet the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed Lo pay said fee of X12,00 to Judge Pringle, to-wit: $4.00 payable out oY the
R & B Fund end $8.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
