No. 4948. INCREASE OF ALLO`NANCE FOR PRISONERS FEED BILL
This the 11th day oP December, A, D, 1950, came on to be presented to the court by Eerl
Garrett, Sheriff, the dire ne cesslty for the court to in crease the amount to be paid Por
feeding the prisoners of this Co unt y, and it appearing to the court that the County has been
notified by the Busy Bee Cafe that that esteblis hment is unable to serve two meals a day for
each prisoner Por seventy-five cents end that the Sheriff hae been unable to find any other
cafe or any person to feed the Kerr County prisoners at such rate; it is therefore in the
?ive
opinion of the court that such fend bill should be increased et le set twenty-/cents per
prisoner per day, therefore by motion duly made by Fowell, seconded by 6iolter and unanimously
approved by the court that the Sheriff oP Kerr County be,and Sa hereby authorized to expend
$1.00 Por two meals per person per day beginning December 11th, A. D. 195(+.

No. 4949. COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZEII TO CANCEL OUTSTANDING CHECK AND ISSUE ONE IN LIEU OF
THEREOF IN AMOUNT OF X11.05 TO EDEfS IbblPLElO;NT COMPANY.
'Phis the 11th day of December, A. D, 1956, came on to ba co naidered by the court the
notification by Edens Implement Company of Center Fo1nt, that it has failed to receive check
in amount of $11.05 which was issued by the County Treesur er on August 11, 1950 from the
County Clerk's voucher d10438, end it appearing to the court that said check has been lost
or misplaced end that same should be voided end cancelled and a new check be issued in lieu
thereof; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell, end uua nimously approved
by the Court that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to void and can cal his
check bearing date August 11, 1950 in the amount of 11.05, issued to Edens Implement Company
end that a new check in like amount be issued to said firm end mailed to them promptly.

monthly report of Ire L. Pringle, Justice Fea ce, Precinct ~/2 of Herr County, Taxes, for the
month oP November, p. D. 1950, of Criminal cases filed, fines, judgments end jury Pees co llec
ed showing a sum of 9p16.15 collected and deposited with Lhe Uounty Treasurer, entitling him
to a Pee of ~12.U0, and it appearing to the court that said report is true end correct, end
that such officer should be reimbursed his fee; therefore by motion duly made by Fowell,
seconded by Molter, unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, end is here-
by directed to pay said fee of 12.00 to Judge Pringle, to-wit: X4.00 payable out of the
R & B Fund and $8.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

This the 11th day of December, 195u, came on to be examined by the court, the report of
collections end deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, of ell fees, and mile=
age fees collected in the performance of hie duties in said office for the period ending
December 11, 1950, and it appearing to the court that the Stemized report of collections end
deposits as submitted are true end correct and should be approved by the court; therefore by
motion duly made by lowell, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved by the court in ell
respects and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.
