No. 4948. INCREASE OF ALLO'NANCE FOR PRISONERS FEED BILL
This Lhe 11th day oP December, A, D, 1950, came on to be presented to the court by Eerl
Garrett, Sheriff, the dire ne cesaity for the court to increase the amount to be paid for
feeding the prisdnera of tY,is Co unty, and it appearing to the court that the County hen been
notified by the Busy Bee Cefe that that establishment is unable to serve two meals a day for
each prisoner Por seventy-five cents end that the Sh erlff hen teen unable to find any other
cafe or any person to feed the Kerr County prisoners at such rate; it Ls therefore in the

opinion oP the court that such feed bill should be Sncreased at least twenty-/cents per
prisoner per day, therefore by motion duly made by Fow ell, seconded by tuolter and unanimously
approved by the court that the Sher ifP of Kerr County be,end Sa hereby authorized to expend
X1.00 Por two meals per person per day beginning Deoember 11th, A. D. 1950.

No. 4949. COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO CANCEL OUTSTANDING CHECK AND ISSUE ONE IN LIEU OF
THEREOF IN AMOUNT OF $11.05 TO EDENS IMPLEt~NT COMPANY.
This the 11th day of December, A. D. 1956, came on to be uo Wald Bred by the court the
notification by Edens Implement Company of Center Point, that i.t has failed to receive check
in amount of X11.05 which wee issued by the County Treeaur er on August 11, 1950 from the
County Clerk's voucher ,)10438, end it eppeari ng to the court that said check hen been lost
or misplaced and that same should be voided and cancelled and a. new check be issued in lieu
thereof; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Fowell, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby dire ct.ed to void and cancel his
check bearing date August 11, 1950 in the amount of $11.05, issued to Edens Implement Company
end that a new check in like amount be issued to said firm end mailed to them promptly.

month of November, A. D. 1950, of Criminal canes flied, fines, judgments end jury fees collect
ed showing a sum of X16.15 collected and deposited with Lhe County Treasurer, entitling him j
to a Pee oP X12.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true end correct, and
that such officer should be reimbursed his Pea; therefore by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Molter, unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is here-
by directed to pay said fee oP ~p12.00 to Judge Pringle, to-wit: X4.00 payable out of the
R & B Fund and X8.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
