As stated at the time of our meeting on October 26, 1950, with your Com-
missioners` Court in discussion of projects to be included in the 1952-
1953 Federal Aid Secondary Program, we are attaching hereto three copies
of a form of resolution which indicates the concurrenoe of the
Commissioners' Court with our recommendation.
The projects included for Kerr County arse
1, The road locally known as the Goat Creek road, extending
from State Highway 27, 2 miles 'Nest of Kerrvill®, North-
westerly 6 miles.
2• Old State Highway 27, extending from Center Point
Easterly to ~unetion with State Highway 27, a distance
of 2.2 miles.
YPe regret that we were unable to forward this resolution to you in sufficient
time for action at your regular meeting on November lj, 1950, and trust that
our delay has not seriously inoonvenienced the members of your Court. Zn
order that this program may be propared for submission, we will appreciate
Court action on this resolution prior to November 20th. if possible.
Wa wish to express our sinoere appreciation for the cooperation of your
Court in the preparation of this and other programs in your County. YPe wish
to state further that the attitude of your Court has certainly made the
formulation of the program of secondary work in Kerr County a distinct
pleasure.
