tion 2, R.C.S., wh'~~h reruires that a r_ertified cagy of t':e order
of your Commissioner's Cour` be forwarded to the Comptroller
of Public P.ccounts on or before the 31st day of January of each
year as to whether your county officials shall be compensated
on the basis of an annual salary or whether they shall receive
and retain such fees as are earned by them in the performance
of their official duties. This Department has not received your
copy of this order to date,
I shall thank you to transmit a copy of this order im-
mediately, so that proper calculations can be ascertained in de-
termining the proper apportionment due those counties entitled
to receive these payments as required under the provisions of
this Act.
