This the 14th day of August, A. D., 1951, after motion
having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the County C1erK be, and is hereby
directed to issue notice by publication in bott; issues of the
lccal newspapers, to the effect that the hearing will be held on
the proposed 1951-].952 County Budget in the court room of the
Court House in i~errville, Kerr Cowzty, '^exas, at 2:00 P.2d. on
Friday, August 31, 1951, ~,vhich time and place is hereby set for
sai3 public hearing on said proposed 1951-1952 County Eudget,
together with the levy of the 1951 taxes.
