No. 5276. ADOPTION OF THE COUNTY BUDGET FOR 1951 AND 1952 AND
LEVY OF 1951 TAXES.
This the 31st daq of August, A. D., 1951, came on to be
heard at a public hearing the matter of the adoption of the County
Budget for 1951 and 1952, and the fixing and levging of the tea
rate for the County and various school districts for the gear 1951,
and it appearing to the court that proper notices have been gubliahed
in each newspaper of gerrville, Teaas, for at least one week, according
to law, and after thmrough consideration and eaemination the Court
is of the opinion that the same should be approved bq the Courts
and that the County, Road, School and Special Taaes for Berr County
for the year 1951, be and are hereby levied at the following rates,
pagable on each X100.00 valuation, to-wit:
