No. 5+11. FIXING SALARY OF' COUNTY JUDGE. This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the cour~L, the salary of the County Judge for the ensuing years and it appearing to the court that said officer is ez-officio County Super- intendent and receives part of his compensation through said source and is entitled to retain his fees of office and that his salary should be fixed at X1320.00 per annum as County Judge and X300.00 per annum as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and ur:animously approved by the court, that the salary of the County Judge be fixed at X1320. per annum payable unto John R. Leaven in monthly installments of ~110.00~ the first payment to begin January 31st, 1952, and the salary of Juvenile Officer be fixed at x300.00 per annum, payable to said Officer in monthly installments of X25.00. The County Clerk be, and is hereby authorized and directed to draw vouahera against the County Treasurer in the amount of X110.00 mcathly out of the Road & Bridge Fund, and X25.00 eac3h month out of the General Fund of Kerr County and said Officer is further authorized to retain the maximum fees oP said office aeaording to law.
