"It being called to the attention of the Court by the County Judge
that the State Highway Commission by a6inute Order No. 30277, dated the
22nd day of dRay, 1981, had deai~;nated the followir~;; roads Par improve-
ment, to-wits
From Stets Highway No. 27, 2.U miles "Feat of Kerrville, Norti~weat,
a distanoe of approzimately 6.U miles, and
From F. p;. 480 et Center Point, Eeat, to Mats HigYxvay 27, a dis-
tance of approximately 2.2 miles.
On motion by Commissioner Lee Goff, seconded by Commissioner Henry
Eckstein on vote called by tba County J udCe, Kerr County, acting throwgh
the Commissioners Court oP said County, accepts the terms and conditions
of said HiE;hway Commission Minu~e Order and egress to furnish rewired
right-of-way free of coat to the state.
It is further ordered that the Clerk certify copies of this portion
of the ?~inutsa of the Commissioners Court and Forward them to the Str to
Highway Engineer and to the District Engineer of the .,tats Highway De-
partment."
