Rolchak, Agent of the Teaea and New Orleans Railroad Company, en easement between said Rail-
way Company and Kerr County, with reference to the eats tang Rufus M. Jones's road crossing
located near MP 306 from farm croeaing to County road crosaing, which is a public road being
50 Peet wide by 100 feet Sn length which Sa 25 Peet wide on eaeh side of the center line oP
an ea Sating roadway upon and across railroad property, which center line int eraects the
center line of railroads mein tract et engineers Station 16146146, being located on a portion
of Samuel Wallace Survey between Kerrville end Legion. Said agreement provldee that Kerr
County will reimburse to aeid T. & N.O. Ry. Co. for the coat oP raising Western Union Tele-
graph Gompeny's and Rsilroad Company's telegraph and telephone poles and wire linen et an
estimated cost of X85.00 end that Kerr County be en edjoiner 1n said easement. It appearing
to the court that aeid public road leading to the railroad crossing has been properly deeded
to Kerr County by Rufus M. Jones Por the use of the public, which deed wen formerly accepted
by the County end placed of record, and that the County Judge should be authorized to eaecute

Treasurer in favor of the Teaes & New Orleans Feilroad Company for the actual coat for the
