Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter end unanimously approved
by the court end the County Clerk Sa hereby directed to drew voucher against the County
Trees urer for the pro rate amounts payable to Virgil Btorme ee follows, to-wit: X31.00 out
of R do H Fund, end X62,00 out of the Geaerel Fund of Kerr County.

incurred by him in the conduct of hie office for the month of December, 1950, and the eupple-
msntal report pr aeented by him for the month of June, 1950, wherein '2.00 was erroneously
omitted, after having been properly paid out to the party entitled thereto, and St appearing
to the court that each ezpendlture for the month of Deoemb er, 1950 Ss Ln the aggregate of

June, 1950; therefore by motion duly made Dy Sckatein, seconded by Molter, sad unanimously
