salary of Agree MacDonald, esaiateat to the County Judge for the year 1951, sad it appearing

This the 10th day of Jenu ery, A. D. 1951, came on to be cone idered by the court the
salary of Lawrsnw Stephens, County Clerk of 8err County, TezeK, and it appearing to the
court that eeid officer hee heretofore received an ez-officio aelary of X2200.00 end hee
rates red the balance of X1550.00 out of the lase of hie office; sad that said aelary should
be re-fazed et ~2200.U0; therefore by notion duly made by Ecketeln, seconded by Goff and
unanimously approved by the court, Lhat the salary of Lawrence Stephens, County Clark, be
fazed at =2200.00 par annua and that he ba authorized Lo retain =1550.00 out of the fees of
