granted; therefore by motion duly made by Sckatain, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved
by the Court that the salary oP Sheriff Eerl Garrett, be fixed at $3600.00 per annum peye ble
$300.00 a month beginning January 31, 1951 to be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County by
proper voucher issued by the county Clerk on the County '1'raeaurer oP Kerr County.

salary of Chief Deputy Sh eriPP Oliver Moore, and SL appearing to Lhe court that said deputy's
salary should be fined at $200.00 per annum, for the ensuing year; therefore by motion duly
made by Molter, seconded by Powell end unanimously approved by the oourt that the salary of
Chief Deputy Sheriff Oliver Moore be fazed at $200.00 per annum payable in monthly install-
ments of $225.G0, beginning Jenua ry 31, 1951, end the County Clerk be and is hereby directed
