This the 10th day of Janue ry, A. D. 1951, came on to be coneldored by the court, the
salary of Chief Deputy Sh eriPP Oliver Moore, and it appearing to the court that said deputy's
salary should be fixed et $2700.00 per annum, Por the ensuing year; therefore by motion duly
made by Molter, seconded by Powell end unanimously approved by the court that the salary of
Chief Deputy Sheriff Oliver Moore be fazed et 2700.00 per annum payable in monthly install-
ments oP .~225.G0, beginning Sanuery 31, 1951, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed
