salary of Eerl Garrett, Sheriff oP Kerr County, Por the ensuing year 1951, end it appearing
to the court that said officer will be satisfied with $3600.06 end that aeid amount should be
granted; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by GoPP end unanimously approved
by the Court that the salary of Sheriff Eerl Garrett, be fixed at $3600.00 per annum payable
$3GD.GG a month beginning January 31, 1951 to be drawn on the General Fund oP Kerr County by
proper voucher issued by the county Clerk on the County Tr~99 urer oP Kerr County.

salary oP Chief Deputy Sher ifP Oliver Moore, ehd it appearing to the court that said deputy's
salary should be fined at $2'700.00 per annum, for the ensuing year; therefore by motion duly
made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the salary of
Ch ieP Deputy Sheriff Oliver Moore be fined et $200.00 per annum payable in monthly install-
ments of $225.60, beginning January 31, 1951, end the County Clerk be and is hereby directed
to draw proper vouche ra in said amount monthly on the County Tr eeaurer payable out of Lhe
General Fund oP Kerr County.

St appearing to the court that sold Deputy's salary should be fized et $1500.00 per annum,.
