Storms, Justice of the Pee ce, Precinct //1, Kerr County, Texas, it appearing to the Court
that acid Officer Sa entitled to a salary, sad that said officer being eat itled to his fees
of office, that $600,00 should be auPficient aelary per annum. Therefore, by motion duly
made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that the salary

Tezea. It eppeerSng to the court that said Officer is entitled to fees of his office and
that he should be allowed some compensation for the ensuing yeeir 1951, and that in the opihi~
