This the 10th day of January, A, D, 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the plans
end petition of A. H. 'Liegler, Resident State Engineer, District J~15, of Kerrville, Kerr
County, Texea, establishing the location of the right-of-way Fsrm-to-Market x/1341, extending
from Wheless Avehue ih the City of Kerrville to Cypress Creek, about 1G.066 miles, ehd St
appearing to the court that this project Ss a very important route for Kerr County es a whole,
and that the court should accept the right-of-way es designs tad end staked out by said Engines
and that Kerr County agrees to be lie ble for securing the right-oP-way if final approval is
granted by the State Highway Department. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckateih, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that Farm-to-Market Right-of-Way //1341 as
presented by R. H. Ziegler, be accepted actor ding to the plans left in possession of the court
and that every attempt will be mnde to satisfy the property owners Sn securing the right-oP-
way end that Kerr County agrees to be liable for se curing the right-of-way when final approval
is granted by the State Highway Department.

COURT IN ACCEPTING FARM-TO-MARKET RIGHT-OF-WAY 81341
This the 10th day of January, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein,
seconded by Goff end unanimously approved by the court, end it is hereby declared to be the
policy oP the Commissioners Court of Kerr County in c:onne coon with the right-of-way for the
improvement end rebuilding oP r'erm-to-Market Road y1341, commonly known es the Cypress Greek
Road; that said County will move ell fences that need to be moved by reason oP said construct-
ion, and replace said fences on the new right-of-way line in as good a condition es they ere
now; end Sn such areas where new fences need to be built by reason of said - - - construction,
said Kerr County will construct end build said fences in a good workmanship like manner of
atanderd materiels end suitable Por controlling all livestock. Said new Pen ces to be of the
common or low type end not deer proof fences. Kerr County will reimburse to the property
owner et the rate of $600.00 per mile, if such property owner, so desires to build his own
fence end fur nlah his own materiels. This policy to be efPe dive only in such cases where
the land owner donates the land to Kerr County,
