D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff end unanimously approved by the court, end it is hereby declared to be the policy oP the Commissioners Court of Kerr County in c:onne coon with the right-of-way for the improvement end rebuilding oP r'erm-to-Market Road y1341, commonly known es the Cypress Greek Road; that said County will move ell fences that need to be moved by reason oP said construct- ion, and replace said fences on the new right-of-way line in as good a condition es they ere now; end Sn such areas where new fences need to be built by reason of said - - - construction, said Kerr County will construct end build said fences in a good workmanship like manner of atanderd materiels end suitable Por controlling all livestock.
