neoesaity W deposit with the State Highway Department, Lhe sum of =4,000.00 for the ereot
of five cattle guards on Farm-to-Market X1341, and it appearing to the oo urt that on Jenue
22, 1951, an agreement was entered into by end between Kerr County and the State Highway S/~
Department Por Lhe erection of avid cattle guards, wherein Kerr County agreed Lo pay the ~ -
aum of $4,000.00, end which said fund of payment was omitted and the County Clerk was not
authorized to pep said amount out oY any particular fuhd and which amount should now be
authorized to be paid out of R & B RW Fd. FM //1341•
Therefore, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved
by the Court, that the County Clerk be end is he ruby directed to drew voucher against R & B
RW Fd. //1341 in amount oP X4,000.00 payable to the State Treasurer of 'Tezas, as a deposit
