This the 12th day of February, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by Lhe Court, the
claims end accounts filed against Rerr County end its respective preoincte since the lest
term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said approvals should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly me de by Molter, seconded by Eckstein, and unanimously
approved by the court that all cle ims and accounts filed against the General Fund of Kerr
County be approved for payment; that all claims and eccounta filed against R & B #1, be
approved as filed, after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell end un-
animously approved by the court; motion being duly made by Ecka tein, seconded by Goff and
unanimously approved by the court that all claims Piled against R & B ~2 be approved; of ter
