aum of $4,000.00, end which said fund of pe yment was omitted end the County Clerk wen not
authorized to pay said amount out of any particular fund sad which amount should now be
author lzed to be paid out of R & B RW Fd. FM #1341.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff, end unanimously eppr oved
by the Court, that the County Clerk be end is hereby directed to drew voucher egainat R & B
RW Fd. #1341 in amount of $4,000.00 payable to the State Treasurer of 'P ezea, ea a deposit
