and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the

for his services performed during the month of February, 1951, end it appearing to the court
that seld officer has rendered diligent service as shown therein and same should ba approved;

ing the period ending February 28, 1951, which report shows an aggregate oP $20.00 collected
and deposited with Lhe County Treasurer; end it ep peering to the court that said report ie
