No. 5087. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 13th day oP March, A. D. 1951, came on to be eaemined by the court, the claim
of Albert `Nilson, Deputy Public Weigher, Precinct ~1, in Lhe amount of $31.50, being his pro
rata salary due by Kerr County since the acceptance of the ownership of the public scales by
Kerr County and one claim due H. F. Swing, in the amount of 165.60 for lettering sixteen elect-
ion boxes for the newly created election precincts, Noe. 16 and 17• It appearing to the court
that the two claims filed herein ere reasonable end should be pe id; therefore by motion duly
me de by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that the claim to
Albert Wilson in the amount of $31 .5U end the claim to R, P, Swing in the amount of ~5. 60 be
pe id to said pe rtiea on the General Fund of Kerr County, after proper vouchers drawn by the
