NOW, THEREFORE after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unani-
mously approved by the court that said County Depository Pledge Contract listing said securit-

Frost National Benk of 9en Antonio, Tezas, for the benefit of Kerr County as shown by the
receipt of said Frost National Benk of San Antonio, Teaas, end that said three County Deposit-

that the two claims filed herein ere reasonable end should be paid; therefore by motlon duly

Albert Wilson in the amount of $31.50 end the claim to R. F. Swing in the amount of 45.60 be
paid to said parties on the General Fund of Kerr County, after proper vouchers drawn by the
