Peet of Lot 26 and the NW 121 feet of Lot 16 of said Richeaon-Nichols SuDdiv is ion according
to the plat end plan oP said addition es shown of record Sn Volume 1, page 46, plat records
oP Kerr County, 'Texas. Wherefore the court having considered the deed properly executed by
G. L. Richeaon end wife, Ives Hyee Richeaon and R. V. Nichols end wife, Vera Nichols, bearing
date March ~, 1951 covering the herein above described property to Kerr County Por right-of-
way or street purposes, end in the deecre tion of the court, said property would enhance the
value of the two blo cka of which this street divides end would therefore be beneficial to
Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff end unanimously
approved by the court that the property ea set out iu the deed executed by G. L. Richeaon end
wife, end R. V. Nichols end wife, to Kerr County, be accepted by the court for street pur-
poses on the above said parts of lots and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to
record same in the deed records of his office.
